My Approach
Hi, my name is Laura. I am warm, open-minded, and relational person who comes alongside others in their pain and growth.
I am someone that believes that we are not meant to do life alone. I am passionate about social justice, utilizing an anti oppressive framework, and building safe spaces that foster connection and belonging. I enjoy helping clients find their voice, develop their sense of self, connect with their body, and move through emotions. Together we can build a strong therapeutic relationship, where you can have the space to take the next best step towards wellness and healing.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based treatments, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Somatic/Trauma Theory. I am also a Certified Expressive Arts Therapist and offer the opportunity for creative expression alongside talk therapy. I have witnessed firsthand experienced the power of the arts to hold space for both our deepest suffering and greatest joy.
